1. Rental Period & Timeline
Standard Rental Duration: All standard rentals are for a period of  1 to 3 days .
Pick-up: Outfits will be available for pick-up according the scheduled date of collection
Late Returns: A late fee of [$10 amount]  will be charged for any items not returned or shipped back by the agreed-upon return date.

2. Sizing, Fittings, & Alterations
We highly recommend a fitting at our location (or submitting certified measurements) at least 3 days  before the event.We don’t allow walk-in customer as this is residential unit and strictly per appointment .
Complimentary Minor Alterations: We provide free of charge minor alterations (such as shortening the suit sleeves or adjusting the trousers length) to ensure the perfect fit for your event.
In-Person Fitting Requirement: To confirm these adjustment details, you are required to try on the suit at our location before the final alterations are completed. We cannot perform adjustments based on self-reported measurements alone.
Unapproved Alterations: Customers are strictly prohibited from performing their own permanent or temporary alterations (e.g., cutting fabric, safety pins, or iron-on hem tape). Any unauthorized alterations will result in a damage fee.
Outcome & Satisfaction Policy: Because these minor alterations are provided as a complimentary (free of charge) service and are verified during your in-person fitting, We takes no responsibility for the final alteration outcome if you are unsatisfied. Once the adjustments are confirmed by you during the fitting, the suit is accepted in its altered condition.

3. Payment, Deposits, & Cancellations
Payment, Deposits, & Collection
•    Zero Fitting Fees: We do not take any payment or deposits on your trial/fitting date. Trying on the suit and planning minor alterations is completely free of commitment.
•    Payment Upon Collection: The full rental payment is due exclusively upon suit collection. Items will not be released until full payment is successfully processed.
•    Security Deposit : We take $50 deposit together with rental fees upon collection . No charges will be made to this unless items are returned late, damaged, or lost. 

4. Damages, Stains, & Cleaning
•    Standard Wear & Tear: Professional dry cleaning is included in your rental fee. Do not attempt to wash or dry-clean the suit yourself. Normal wear (minor food spills, a loose button) is fully covered.
•    Significant Damage: The customer is liable for significant damage that renders the garment unrentable (e.g., large tears, cigarette burns, permanent stains like ink or red wine). In these cases, a repair fee or the full replacement cost of the garment will be charged to the card on file.
•    Lost Items: If a suit or any rented accessories (hangers, suit cover ,  ties, belts, etc) are not returned within 3 days of the return date, they will be considered lost, and the customer will be billed for the full retail replacement value.
