Refund Policy

Payment, Deposits, & Collection
•⁠  ⁠Zero Fitting Fees: We do not take any payment or deposits on your trial/fitting date. Trying on the suit and planning minor alterations is completely free of commitment.
•⁠  ⁠Payment Upon Collection: The full rental payment is due exclusively upon suit collection. Items will not be released until full payment is successfully processed.
•⁠  ⁠Security Deposit : We take $50 deposit together with rental fees upon collection . No charges will be made to this unless items are returned late, damaged, or lost.

⁠Damages, Stains, & Cleaning
•⁠  ⁠Standard Wear & Tear: Professional dry cleaning is included in your rental fee. Do not attempt to wash or dry-clean the suit yourself. Normal wear (minor food spills, a loose button) is fully covered.
•⁠  ⁠Significant Damage: The customer is liable for significant damage that renders the garment unrentable (e.g., large tears, cigarette burns, permanent stains like ink or red wine). In these cases, a repair fee or the full replacement cost of the garment will be charged to the card on file.
•⁠  ⁠Lost Items: If a suit or any rented accessories (hangers, suit cover ,  ties, belts, etc) are not returned within 3 days of the return date, they will be considered lost, and the customer will be billed for the full retail replacement value.
